My full name is Hewayalage Shyama Niroshani Dandeniya, I'm from Sri Lanka,ex named as Ceylon. I graduated from the University of Colombo.This degree program has aimed to equip knowledge and skills of Industrial law at economical and social security back round in sri lanka and other countries also. I have improved my knowledge related researches with Labour and employment Department in Sri lanka.
