MBANGA BAUNA Domitilla Marcelline
My name is Domitilla and I’m native of Congo. I graduated in Political Sciences at “La Sapienza” University of Rome. Since I was young I have always had a keen interest in International Co-operation especially focused on immigration policies and refugee’s protection. I have found my passion on humanitarian protection issues (i.e. refugees, asylum seekers) and for several years I have worked as cultural mediator and legal officer for the Italian Red Cross and other private companies entitled for the operation of the Government centers for asylum seekers (Cara). I strongly believe the Master’s programme suits my intellectual background and my ambitious professional targets and it will help me to have a competitive advantage of understanding the global, regional and sub-regional international dynamics as well as offering more practical insights into the mechanisms of policy-making applications for foreign nationals. My aim is to work in an international environment. In particular I would like to work in an international organization in the field of human rights. Every moment is a chance to turn it around.
