ACQUAYE Stephanie Adoley
Hi, my name is Stephanie Adoley Acquaye, 25years of age and from Accra-Ghana. I graduated from Central University College in Ghana with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration but Majored in Human Resource Management. I have a post graduate degree certificate as well in Business Administration from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and work experiences within the banking sector and the water corporation in Ghana. I took the opportunity to study Development Economics in University of Rome, Tor Vergata not only because of the reputation of the program but also because coming from a developing country such as mine, I have been very passionate about economic and development issues on poverty, labor, women empowerment, and girl child education which form a core problem in our developmental progress. More to say that my choice for a program was skewed towards constantly expanding my knowledge in a developmental perspective. I am very positive that my experiences and knowledge in the fields of Human resource and Business Administration would be a good blend with this program in taking me to the next level of developing myself and my nation as a whole. I am more than convinced this is a good platform towards reaching my career goal. The MESCI program is more exciting because I also have the opportunity of meeting people from different countries but most importantly learning on a wide range of experiences and ideas. I am pumped up for this challenge and journey!!
