I was born in Moscow, Russia and I hold a Specialist Diploma in Management from the Russian State University for the Humanities (Russia) and a Master degree in Public and Municipal Administration from the State University Higher School of Economics (Russia). In 2006-2008 I worked as a Leading Expert in the Special Program Department of Ministry for the Territorial Affairs of Moscow Region. Since June 2009 I have been working in Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association on the position of Conference & Events Advisory Team Member, where I was dealing with promotion of Erasmus Mundus scheme in CIS countries and organizing different networking activities for EMA members.
