SEHOVAC Jelena

I was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. I hold a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of East Sarajevo. In 2005 I was the recipient of the scholarship from the internationally renowned Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation. I gained  my first serious working experience, as an active member of the NGO "ARS", through participation in various projects which were carried out in many fields, such as: rural development, promotion and protection of human rights, return of the refugees, environmental protection, etc. As a member of this organization I got certificate awarded by attending Ecovillage creation and management course held in Sarajevo. After graduation  I worked in the Fiscal Department of the Ministry of Finance in Banjaluka where  I gathered comprehensive knowledge about government and considerable practical experience in public administration. During this period I received certificate for successfully completed the EUFPS (EU Fiscal Policy Support) course in Public Finance.
After that I was employed as a assistant to chairman in the Representative Office of the Republic of Srpska in Stuttgart.
