I am an Angolan Diplomat with experience in Governance, Stakeholder engagement, and policy dialogue in the Public Sector, mainly in Sustainable Development and International Relations. In early 2023, I moved to Rome to integrate the multilateral team of the Angolan Embassy to Rome and Permanent Representation to FAO, IFAD, and WFP. As a lifelong learner, I continually seek to upgrade and update myself, and the MESCI course provided me with the perfect opportunity to do so.
