My name is Nyawira Mithayo from Nairobi, Kenya. I have a background in media and communications with a passion for development. Over the years, I have contributed to knowledgesharing platforms and supported the Science and Innovation Forum under the World Food Forum, where I worked on initiatives connected to innovation and agrifood systems. I have also worked as a journalist covering European and African affairs, highlighting the dynamics of their political, social, and cultural relationships.

My earlier experiences include community-focused work on migration, social inclusion, and youth engagement, as well as supporting documentation and communication for sustainability and clean-water initiatives. As a current MESCI student I look forward to deepen my understanding of the economic and policy frameworks that drive sustainable development.
