Buttignol Angelo
I‘m Angelo a recently graduated student at University of Parma where I got a Master’s Degree in Food Quality System Management. My studies have focused mainly on these following courses: Food security economy; Economics of agri-food commodities; Economic statistics; Environmental economics and environmental sustainability; European and global food law and in addition during this master I spent 4 months in Rwanda making a thesis on the sorghum value chain.
I started the Master MESCI because my professional’s goal is to build a career where I will be able to deal with many issues like food security, rural development, reduction of poverty, ESG principles in rural economies, related to the management of the agricultural and food system, mostly in rural contexts in developing countries for vulnerable people as the small-scale food producers. These are aspects that I am strongly passionate about, I consider them like a vocation because are crucial aspects to build a better future for societies around the world.
In the end one of my biggest passion is keep me informed about what's going on around the world.
