I am a development consultant from the United States with over eleven years of work experience in renewable energy, sanitation, and impact assessment, focused on implementation of community-led enterprises and solutions. I have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the U.S. For the past seven years, I have been working in India on off-grid solar projects in villages, fecal sludge management in slums, and women-led enterprises in peri-urban areas. Through MESCI, I hope to further expand my understanding of sustainable economic and social development.
