My name is Benedetta Maria Ferretti and I come from Rome. I have a Bachelor Degree in Economics and a Master Degree in European Economy and Business Law, both got from the University of Rome Tor Vergata. During my studies, I spent 5 months in Athens and then, thanks to the Erasmus+ Traineeship Programme, I had the opportunity to work for the Italian Chamber of Commerce for the UK, in London, and in an international association, in Brussels. I have been living in an international environment for more than two years years, since the Master I have just finished involves people coming from all over the world and I strongly believe that studying/working in this kind of environment is a great source of enrichment for the individual.
I chose MESCI because I think it matches what I am looking for in this moment of my life: I would like to gain an in-depth understanding of development economics and international cooperation, while improving my analytical and quantitative skills.
