My name is Samat Mambetshaev. I graduated with Architecture degree from Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University and later worked in an interdisciplinary organization The School of Theory and Activism in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. The organization was involved in an intellectual critical production in Central Asia and later switched to generating alternative visions for the region through radical approach. Symbolically the organization renamed itself as The School of Creative Actualization of the Future. I chose MESCI program (University of Tor Vergata) as the continuation of the Mundus Urbano masters degree (Technical University of Darmstadt), because I am interested in present economic dimension of scarcity, which directly limits the implementation of development visions and affects urban planning. After graduation I would like to work in an organization, which acts on the basis of interdisciplinarity and international cooperation.
