Hello everyone! I am Darya from Minsk (Belarus) though for the past years I have been living in Saint-Petersburg (Russia) – the city where I was born.
In the past I was fortunate to work for a large-scale UNDP/GFTAM project in Belarus aimed at prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS.
Then I switched my career path to a commercial sector. I have worked in Saint-Petersburg for both international and Russian companies.
Nevertheless, I have always been thinking about coming back to the field of international development and cooperation.
And here I am, ready for a new big and enjoyable challenge, participating in the MESCI programme. It will also be so great and mutually beneficial to study together with fellow students from other countries.
I believe thanks to the programme, I will be strongly prepared to continue a career in international development and contribute to building up a better world!
