I'm 27 years old and I come from Albania. I have attended the university studies at Faculty of Economy/ Tirana University in Albania and graduated successfully by obtaining a Bachelor Degree in Economy and Finance and the title as Finance Specialist. After graduation, I started to work in banking sector as a Retail Loan officer at First Investment Bank and then I was promoted as SME & Retail Loan Specialist at Credins Bank. My work experience has provided me with adequate analytical knowledge regarding the financial statements, financial ratios at micro level of the individual applicants up to macro level of the specific case in relation to the sector developments and benchmarks within it so that a careful credit worthiness could be assessed in order to help the decision making process. Considering the economic developments in Albania and the new challenges faced by globalization and EU integration, I decided to continue further my education background, to widen my academic scope in the field of European economic studies and I attended, in the time period 2007-2009, the Master in European Economics provided Tirana University/Albania in collaboration with Bamberg University/Germany. MESCI program perfectly matches the academic knowledge provided through the modules with the implementation into practice during the internships. I realized that it is the right time to enhance capabilities to ensure my growth in this highly competitive world. I am eager to gain new experiences and, in my opinion, this program is the best way to achieve that.
