I am Nilufar Shakibani, I am from Afghanistan where I live in the western region in Herat Province. I graduated in 2008 in Law and Political Science at the Herat University and I joined the Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2009. I decided to apply to MESCI because I decided to continue my studies abroad in order to getting more knowledge, qualification and experiences in order to achieve the right human capacities that are essential to build Afghanistan. Now, I am really happy for this opportunity to study Development Economics and International Cooperation. I am sure it will help me with my future plans to work for my Country and to improve women situation.
