I’m Valentina, I’m 27 and I’m from Sardinia, a beautiful island in the Mediterranean Sea. After my first level degree in Economics and Finance in Cagliari I moved to Rome to study International Economics and Development at Tor Vergata University. That's where my interest in developing countries has increased. After my graduation I did an internship at the Italian Development Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that gave me the chance to have a closer look about the Italian Cooperation and convinced me that I'd like to work in that field. I choose MESCI because I think it will give me the suitable knowledge necessary to operate in this field and it could prepare me for a future work in that sector. This Master is very important for me also because studying in a multicultural context represents a challenge and at the same time the possibility for a personal growth.
