FALZEA Giulia Maria Benedetta

Giulia is my first name, Maria the second one and Benedetta, at least, the third. Maybe these three names are the reason of my strange, in a positive sense (almost all the time) nature. I’m 26 years old, I’m from the south of Puglia (Lecce), I’ve a mother, father, a big sister, a dog and a cat. I’m degreed one year ago at the University of Rome La Sapienza Journalism, with a digression on NGOs’ communications. From here started my passion for themes like development economic and the way we can help developing countries without submit with our old-white-money as the only thing of life. I’ve worked for the newspaper Repubblica – Bari but I felt that journalism was not enough for me so I started working in an NGO in Milano called Amani for Africa. It has been a really good experience but, unfortunately, too short. Now I’ve a small project with Save the Children Italy, and I love it. I also help a very good group of persons who are directors of a documentary on Lampedusa: “Nothing but the sea” (http://www.soltantoilmare.eu/). I’m really happy to start this master, even if I’m not so good with numbers I’m sure that I can improve my relationship with maths, and, a day, maybe, we can become good friend! However, my passion is writing, so, at the end I’ll continue writing for all my life.
