I am 23 years old from Kosovo. I have completed a BA Degree in Business Management – Banking, Finance and Accounting from Universum University College and have participated in different professional development trainings within and outside of the University. During and after my studies, I was very active by working, initially for the Universum University College as a Public Relations and Administrative Officer and TEB – BNP Paribas Joint Venture as Retail Portfolio Officer . My work as Retail Portfolio Officer required constant economical analysis and market risk assessments. I have always followed the economic trends and produced analysis and report’s in order to increase the certainty in decision-making and decrease the information asymmetry while approving loans for my costumers. I am interested in development economics, the analysis of market failures, poverty traps and open economy models as well as in the policy making for issues facing countries in transition The growing desire to pursue my real passion, a career in an International government or nongovernmental organization that promotes growth of the developing countries and contributes to a well being society made me join this Master Programme.
