SESAY Musa Mammy

My name is Musa Mammy Sesay a Sierra Leonean by nationality. Graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in (Education) Economics option with second class grade from Njala University, University of Sierra Leone. My dissertation topic was highly concentrated on the macro aspect of economics which i believe was one of the main problem my country was facing and is currently struggling with since the decade long civil war which ended in 2000. "The Relationship between Budget Deficit and Key Macroeconomics Indicators". Key macro indicators where taking into consideration; like, Balance of payment(BOP), Interest Rate(ER), Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and the Dummy(DM). My objective in pursuing MSc in Development Economics and International Co-operation at the University of Rome, Tor Vergata came as a result of been working with the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations Sierra Leone and direct experience with poor farmers culminate with the objective of eradicating world hunger through the United Nations Millennium Development Goal number three. Secondly, the cross-cultural activities and international exchanges which is an important and fundamental aspect of the educational programs and research activities at Tor Vergata. At the end of the programme, am sure to help many developing countries, especially my country in achieving the UN Millennium Development Goal number three by 2015.
