My name is Karen Leda Arduz Oller, I was born in Bolivia, in a South East city called Tarija, I am 29 years old. I finished my studies of Business Administration in 2002.
Then I was employed like savings officer in a financial institution.
My first and most beautiful work experience was Plan International in the year of 2005, as technical staff in the El Puente Municipal development Plan.
El Puente is a north East Municipality of Tarija, the 87,1% of its population is poor, we worked together with the citizens detecting potentials and weaknesses to elaborate an according Plan.
In this moment my goal is to improve my knowledge and work for a better quality of life.
